Frequently Asked Questions
Where are you located?
Studio is located in the Sheepsheadbay area of Brooklyn, New York. Once your deposit is received and your contract is signed, I will provide you with the exact address. If you’re driving, convenient street parking is available nearby.
When is the best time for a maternity photo session?
The ideal time for a maternity session is between 26–32 weeks of pregnancy. At this stage, your belly has a beautiful, round shape, and most expectant mothers still feel comfortable during the session. Every pregnancy is different, so I recommend booking early — little ones sometimes arrive sooner than expected!
I don’t recommend waiting up until 34 weeks because swelling and discomfort make movement harder and limit pose options. For levitation shots, it’s best to do them by 30 weeks when you have a strong core and can hold belly-supported poses comfortably for a few minutes.
But of course, I’m happy to shoot at any stage—even at 39 weeks—if you feel comfortable.

When to Book
To ensure your preferred date, we recommend booking your session at least two months in advance. Weekends are especially popular and are often reserved three months ahead.
Can I bring my husband or other children?
Absolutely! I love including your family in the experience in any package. Your partner is more than welcome to join for intimate couple portraits, and siblings can be incorporated into the session as well.
Do you provide dresses, fabrics, and accessories?
Yes. I offer a full client wardrobe that includes a curated selection of luxurious gowns, lace robes, bodysuits, sheer silks, and draping fabrics, as well as accessories — many of which you can see throughout my portfolio.
How should I prepare for the session?
Each maternity session is custom-tailored to you. Once your booking is confirmed, I will send you a detailed preparation guide. We will discuss your preferred wardrobe, poses, lighting, and styling to ensure your vision comes to life.
What if I’m concerned about extra weight or skin imperfections?
My goal is to help you feel more beautiful than ever before. Professional, detailed retouching is included in every session to ensure you look and feel your best while still looking like yourself.
Do I have to pose nude?
Not at all. Your comfort is my top priority, and every session is tailored to your preferences. Some clients choose elegant, artistic nude or semi-nude images, while others prefer to remain fully clothed. The choice is yours
Your Vision
If you have your own ideas or a specific look you love from another photographer, feel free to share them with me—I’m happy to bring your vision to life and recreate styles you like.
How long does it take to see the photos?
After your session, I will send you a gallery for your approval within one week. Once you select your favorite images, post-production editing typically takes 4–6 weeks to deliver the final, retouched photos.
If you have a specific deadline—like a baby shower or gender reveal—please let me know before booking, so we can plan accordingly. I also offer a rush editing option for $50 per image, with the final photos delivered within five days.

Do you provide the whole gallery?
Unedited images are not included, but you are always welcome to select additional images beyond your package. You can choose as many extra images as you like, in addition to the ones included in your session package.
Do you provide prints or digital files?
Your session package includes digital images for download. Once you receive your final gallery, we can discuss printing options and products, which are available at an additional cost.
How is my session secured?
Your session will be officially booked once I have received both the retainer and the signed contract. Without these, I am unable to reserve your date on my schedule.
Is the deposit refundable?
The deposit is non-refundable. I require a $300 retainer to secure your session date.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Cancellation: Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your session date.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session with at least 7 days notice. We will do our best to accommodate a new date that works for you, subject to availability.
